By using speed learning techniques learnt in Israel, Finland, Poland and what we have developed here in Wales over the past twelve years, we are able to take you to a high level of proficiency in a relatively short period of instruction.

Experience

Since introducing Krav Maga to Wales in the 1990s we have enjoyed training a wide variety of students including, Civilians, Police and Military personnel. In the civilian sector we have a vast experience of teaching including Health care professionals, social services, University lecturers, school teachers, civil servants, warrant officers, scout and guide organisations, including self defence/personal safety for young people in schools both in Wales and England. All of our training for young people is sponsored by the South Wales Police and attended by members of the South Wales Police Child Protection Team.
