What will you need?

Full up to date British Combat Association membership

Minimum of three months training at KM Cardiff

Protective equipment, Gloves, Gum shield, etc., see me at classes for more details.

This type of training is only to take place when the club doctor, (Professor Len Nokes, 1st Dan BCA) is available.

If this isn't for you that is fine it is not compulsory.
